The Golden Sea Halong Hotel in Ha Long exceeded our expectations with its helpful staff, comfortable rooms, and beautiful location overlooking Ha Long Bay. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the hotel even provided an additional bed without us needing to ask. The staff went above and beyond, offering us rides when we couldn't find a taxi and serving us meals during the New Year celebrations.

They even drove us to our destination when we couldn't find a taxi. the rooms, although missing a fridge and waste bin, were immaculately clean, and the location, by the sea. Lastly, the hotel served us breakfast and dinner, even during New Year's celebrations when the restaurant was closed.
Check-in took an hour, and we were given the wrong room, which had two single beds instead of a queen. unfortunately, there was no card payment accepted, and there were no ATMs nearby, so we had to come prepared with cash.

We had a great time at this hotel. The staff was very helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to make sure we had a comfortable stay. The room was clean, spacious and had all the necessary amenities for an enjoyable stay. Also, the breakfast served was delicious.

The hotel's location is perfect for those who want to explore the surrounding area. It's possible to see the natural beauty of the area from some rooms. Rooms are well-designed and hygienic, with comfortable beds and excellent amenities such as a fridge and a waste bin.
The hotel staff seemed inexperienced and untrained.

The rooms were clean and the location was convenient. The staff was friendly and went out of their way to assist us with transportation.
The check-in process was very slow and confusing, resulting in us getting the wrong room. there were no amenities inside the room, such as a fridge or waste bin, and they did not offer breakfast.
